The SICOMA Continuous Concrete Mixers (or MAO / C 'pug mill' model provides mixed concrete streams based on volumetric proportions The material is inserted into one end of two or more cement feeding screws and water flow-gauge The powerful twin mixing action of the twin changes the baking material into a continuous mixture concrete mixtures suitable for RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete), flowable charging and other less high-volume applications.
Description of Continuous Concrete Mixers SICOMA
Using the same principle and most components with a twin MAO shaft mixer, the MAO / C mixer is continuous, fast, rugged and requires little maintenance. Bearings and shafts are the same as MAO models.
The paddles in the MAO / C mix the concrete while delivering it along the mixer and finally out of the exhaust gate at the end. Complete mixing and the resulting product is homogeneous.
The shaft seal lubrication is by the same fat pump as used in MAO. The three patented seals are good for years without surgery. The pads and seals have a positive separation, to remove contamination and bearing wear even if the seal has ever leaked.
Applications in high production of compacted shortcut rollers, mine spills etc. The dump truck can be filled by running the mixture into the wagon as the truck enters the original sideboards. Alternatively, the whole system can be turned off when this happens.
The rigid tank frames in Concrete Mixers SICOMA can eliminate the risk of deformation during full load operation and ensure correct planarity of the shaft seal.
The modular support patented by SICOMA Mixers is built with two separate homes. The bearings are lubricated with a durable oil bath. The seal, which is realized with an exclusive counter-rotation disk system, is lubricated with liquid oil using an automatic pump.
It is in 20mm thick anti-wear steel and is worn to the shaft.
All SICOMA MAO / C Concrete Mixers are designed and continuously enhanced with the use of three-dimensional modeling software.
